The Consulting services for final design and supervision of the construction of the quimistan valley irrigation and drainage (DGID) Secretariat of state in the office of Agricultura and Livestock (SAL of the State), Government of Honduras (GOH), officially started from 06 april 1999, as per the instruction of Starting Order stated in the notice to proceed (NTP) date 22 march 1999 issued by the State and the Subclause 5.1 of the contract therefor effected from 17 august 1998.
